At UserSave™, we want to provide clear and accurate delivery estimates so that you know when to expect your order.
An estimated delivery date represents the period during which your order is expected to arrive. These dates are calculated using our processing times, courier transit times, destination country, and any factors that may affect shipping.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
How estimated delivery dates are calculated
Estimated delivery dates are determined using two separate stages.
1. Processing and preparation
Once your order has been placed, our team will verify, prepare, inspect, and package your order before it is handed to the courier.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase has been completed.
A shipping confirmation email will normally be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders generally require between 2 and 4 days for warehouse preparation and processing.
Tracking information may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to become active after it has been issued.
2. Shipping and transit time
Transit times vary according to the destination country and the local delivery network.
The following estimates apply after the processing and preparation period has been completed.

Factors that may affect delivery times
Although we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control, including:
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
- Local postal service delays.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Seasonal demand.
- Transport disruptions.
- Courier processing delays.
UserSave™ cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by customs authorities, courier services, or other third parties.

You can monitor your parcel's progress at any time by visiting the Track Order page on our website and entering your tracking number.
Please remember that tracking information may not become visible immediately after dispatch.
Customs duties and taxes
