What's Not Covered
Our 30-Day Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or unauthorised repairs
- Consumable items that naturally deteriorate through normal use unless faulty upon arrival
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is covered under our warranty, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the fault (where applicable)
Our team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible with the next steps.
Important Information
- Items may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.
- If a return is required, we'll provide instructions before the item is sent back.
- Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and apply only to purchases made directly through UserSave.
- This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.
